1)Locate a reputable website online to download backgrounds. There are an endless number of websites available that offer these wallpapers, so just do an online search for downloadable animated desktop backgrounds. These sites may require you to create a login and password.
2)Ensure you have the required computer systems and resolution. Most websites require you to have current operating systems. The resolution may affect the overall appearance of the animation. You should be able to locate your screen's resolution in your control panel under properties.Screen resolution is the number of pixels you see on your computer screen. The higher the resolution, the better the picture and the animation appears. For instance, a resolution of 1280 by 1024 pixels has higher quality than a screen with 800 by 600.If you don't have the correct software or hardware, you may still be able to use an animated desktop background.
